1. Eligibility for Returns: You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

2. Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours at karvikomfy@gmail.com with photo evidence so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

3. Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note it can take 5-7 business days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

4. Shipping Costs: We offer free shipping on bundles of 2 or more. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
